I am a System Admin for DIMA. I give technical support, both to staff and students.
I was born in Delhi, India, and was educated in London, UK. I have worked for three of the biggest multinational IT companies in the World, giving technical support in various scenarios, both remote and on-site: IBM; Infosys; Apple. I have also worked at three universities in my career: The University of Yucatan, Mexico, The University of Neubrandenburg, Germany, and now at the TU in Berlin, Germany. Apart from IT technical Support, I have also worked as a teacher and translator, being fluent in 4 languages: English; Hindi; Spanish and German.
